Their Mayanmar beans are my fav, but I have not had a sub-par experience with any of his varietals. James also makes a great flat white! Delicious Community Blend. Chocolatey, caramel with no acidity... 18g in, 36g out in 45sec (inc. 7s preinfusion) at... 92°C. Couldn't taste caramel before I changed the receipt. One of the best shot ever I've pulled in my machine. Definitely buy it again.Few days earlier: I found accidentally Cricklewood roasters and ordered a kilo of Uganda for V60 filter. (Bought the blend for espresso in a store in Wembley Park yesterday) He roasted it next morning and delivered early afternoon. Amazing service. Can't wait to open it after degasing.read more
