The coffee is grown at around 1700 – 1900 m.a.s.l on the rich soils that lend themselves perfectly to coffee growing. Currently the coffee is processed at the mill at Finca El Hato.
There are plans to build a wet mill soon, which will improve the coffee offering further.
This Jalapa lot is bright, sweet and rich. There is a sweet caramel & silky mouthfeel.
